In the ending eighteenth century with the invention of the mechanical tulle embroidery on tulle begins to emerge in the early twentieth century began to organize the first workshop in Granada.
The oldest drawings show a small, tulle very dense decoration and theme of Granada appears in some, eventually what grounds are larger and dispersed, inspired by the Moorish ornamentation of the Alhambra. This work would become known as grenadine lace.
Today in this workshop are still using the same technique of creating unique embroidered pieces being a craftsmanship, pieces that can be customized on request.
